No EPRA NTA, NAV or EPS is published. The separate IFRS series uses original net asset values from the balance sheet date; this is not a point-in-time backtest. For September 2024 and 2025, IFRS NAV is calculated from rounded equity / 462,124 shares. Later comparatives are kept separately. Historical source discrepancies are explained in the database; published values are not silently adjusted.
IFRS NAV: the latest available balance sheet value, carried forward to the next observation, on the same share basis as the price. Both NAV series apply retrospectively from the balance sheet date rather than the publication date. Missing values are not estimated.
Premium / discount = (weekly closing price / IFRS NAV − 1) × 100. 562 weekly closes without dividend adjustment; factor 1. All twelve official annual reference prices match. The other weekly prices have not been individually confirmed independently. The shares have limited liquidity; price dates are source observation dates. The series contains no interpolated prices and is a verified snapshot.
Price / IFRS earnings: weekly closing price divided by reported IFRS earnings per share over the last four quarters (previous financial year + current YTD − previous YTD). Earnings apply retrospectively from the accounting period end, even if published later. This is not a point-in-time backtest. Changes in the share base make this an approximation. Immo Moury does not report EPRA earnings. IFRS earnings including revaluations are used here, so this is not a measure of recurring rental earnings alone. No price-to-earnings ratio is shown for loss-making periods. Financial year from April to March.
Gross dividend yield: announced annual dividend divided by the weekly closing price; otherwise the last known dividend is used. Dividend amounts apply from their announcement or availability. The dividend history is prepared for quarterly publications; interim announcements and payment status in the early years have not yet been fully checked.

This is a comparison at the balance sheet date, even when the figures were published later.
The financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March. FY2021/22 is consolidated; subsequent years use statutory accounts following the merger with Les Portes de Liège. The original rental figures through FY2022/23 include income from Belgian REIT shares; from FY2023/24, this is recognised in financial income. IFRS earnings include revaluations. Occupancy is weighted by property value. The full database contains twelve financial years and retains later restatements separately.
