Selection rule for this chart: only NTA is used from the first confirmed NTA onwards; the last valid value is carried forward between reports.
IFRS NAV: the latest available balance sheet value, carried forward to the next observation, on the same share basis as the price. Both NAV series apply retrospectively from the balance sheet date rather than the publication date. Missing values are not estimated.
Premium / discount = (weekly closing price / EPRA value − 1) × 100. Closing prices without dividend adjustment; no additional pro forma adjustments. The history is a snapshot from the Montea database and does not refresh automatically.
Price / EPRA earnings: weekly closing price divided by reported EPRA earnings per share over the last four quarters (previous financial year + current YTD − previous YTD). Earnings apply retrospectively from the accounting period end, even if published later. This is not a point-in-time backtest. Changes in the share base make this an approximation. Earnings from the December 2016 period end.
Gross dividend yield: announced annual dividend divided by the weekly closing price; otherwise the last known dividend is used. Dividend amounts apply from their announcement or availability. The dividend history is prepared for quarterly publications; interim announcements and payment status in the early years have not yet been fully checked. The dividend of €4.19 for 2026 is a forecast including a conditional FBI effect.

ROE: growth in net asset value per share plus gross dividends and any capital distributions paid during the financial year, divided by the opening value (total accounting return). Based on EPRA NTA or the available comparable NAV. This is not net profit divided by average equity.
Year-end share price: the reported closing price on the last trading day of the financial year, without dividend adjustment or adjustment for later capital transactions. NTA discount = (1 − year-end share price / EPRA NTA for the same year) × 100. Positive = discount; negative = premium. This compares year-end values, even if NTA was published later.
EPRA LTV: reported financial year-end figures. — = no reported EPRA LTV found. Sources: 2021 ↗ · 2022 ↗ · 2023 ↗ · 2024 ↗ · 2025 ↗.
Reported EPRA earnings include one-off effects, including FBI tax effects and green electricity certificates in 2023, and tax effects in 2024. The 2024 NTA is the revised comparative figure from the 2025 annual report (€78.05; previously €77.63). Occupancy is based on floor area, not rental value. Historical figures have not been restated for the current number of shares.

Montea
Montea is strengthening its German team with Maximilian Tappert as Country Director from 1 February 2027 and Friedrich Schäufele as Head of Business Development from 19 October 2026. The appointments are intended to strengthen local market knowledge and commercial relationships. Germany thus remains a growth market within its European logistics property strategy.
Montea is investing a total of €68 million in two multimodal locations. In the port of Antwerp, the investment is a sale-and-leaseback with Vanguard Logistics on a 38,000 m² site. Near Frankfurt Airport, it is buying a 23,000 m² site fully let to WFS. The average net initial yield exceeds 6.5%.
Montea reports 5% growth in EPRA earnings per share and 2.8% like-for-like rental growth for the first half of the year. The occupancy rate stands at 99.4% and EPRA NTA at €80.40 per share. Of the investment target under Track27, 95% has been secured. Montea confirms its forecast of 7% growth in EPRA earnings per share in each of 2026 and 2027.
Montea signs a long-term lease with JD.com for approximately 50,000 m² at Park De Hulst in Willebroek. Decathlon's former logistics hub will become JD.com's Belgian logistics base. The site is located between Antwerp and Brussels. According to Montea, the agreement illustrates continued demand from e-commerce in the Benelux.
Montea is developing 67,400 m² at Logistic Park Glassworks in Tiel. BSH Huishoudapparaten has pre-let 70% of the new development; advanced discussions are under way for the remaining space. The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification. Since 2021, Montea has invested approximately €178 million in Tiel, at an average initial yield of 7.5%.
