EPRA NTA and IFRS NAV are the actual balance sheet values at 30 September 2026. TTM EPRA earnings per share: FY 2025 + 9M 2026 − 9M 2025 (2.21 + 1.54 − 1.47 = 2.28). TTM is an approximation because the weighted share base has changed. Standard 9M EPRA EPS is €1.54 before IFRIC 21; the adjusted €1.59 after IFRIC 21 is not mixed into this standard TTM series.
Market capitalisation based on 46.695094 million shares. Interim earnings are not annualised.

The latest confirmed balance sheet date determines the EPRA value; NTA takes precedence over NAV for the same date. IFRS NAV is not a substitute. Values apply retrospectively from the balance sheet date, even when the document used was published later: this is not a point-in-time backtest. Unpublished quarterly values have not been interpolated. Historical changes in EPRA definitions may cause jumps. Selection rule for this chart: only NTA is used from the first confirmed NTA onwards; the last valid value is carried forward between reports.
IFRS NAV: the latest available balance sheet value, carried forward to the next observation, on the same share basis as the price. Both NAV series apply retrospectively from the balance sheet date rather than the publication date. Missing values are not estimated.
Premium / discount = (weekly closing price / EPRA value − 1) × 100. 562 completed trading weeks. Euronext prices without adjustments for dividends or subsequent capital increases. The first 268 weeks were reconstructed from the Euronext chart series using verified adjustment factors; original closing prices are directly available from 25/02/2021. Source discrepancies on 31/03/2020 and 19/10/2020 are recorded in the database; Euronext remains the primary source. The financial figures and weekly history are a verified snapshot and do not refresh automatically.
Price / EPRA earnings: weekly closing price divided by reported EPRA earnings per share over the last four quarters (previous financial year + current YTD − previous YTD). Earnings apply retrospectively from the accounting period end, even if published later. This is not a point-in-time backtest. Changes in the share base make this an approximation. Ordinary EPRA earnings per share attributable to the group, before the IFRIC 21 adjustment. From the first full reported financial year; no earnings forecasts are used as historical earnings.
Gross dividend yield: announced annual dividend divided by the weekly closing price; otherwise the last known dividend is used. Dividend amounts apply from their announcement or availability. The dividend history is prepared for quarterly publications; interim announcements and payment status in the early years have not yet been fully checked.

ROE: growth in net asset value per share plus gross dividends and any capital distributions paid during the financial year, divided by the opening value (total accounting return). Based on EPRA NTA or the available comparable NAV. This is not net profit divided by average equity.
Year-end share price: the reported closing price on the last trading day of the financial year, without dividend adjustment or adjustment for later capital transactions. NTA discount = (1 − year-end share price / EPRA NTA for the same year) × 100. Positive = discount; negative = premium. This compares year-end values, even if NTA was published later.
EPRA LTV: reported financial year-end figures. — = no reported EPRA LTV found. Sources: 2023 ↗ · 2024 ↗ · 2025 ↗.
EPRA earnings, IFRS NAV and NTA attributable to the group. Historical figures retain the share basis applicable at the time; capital increases are not share splits. The annual results press release is used for 2025. The database also contains all annual records from 2015, source notes and separate EPRA NAV values.

Consolidated property value including projects
The country breakdown excludes the pipeline and uses the rounded percentages in the H1 2026 presentation (p. 29). The sector breakdown includes projects and uses the €3,660.322m property value in the half-year report (p. 36); the components differ by €1,000 due to rounding. The rental breakdown of approximately 89% student accommodation and 11% other is a different measure and is not used here.
